FOUNDED IN 1930, THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST DIVISION IS THE OLDEST SKI RACING DIVISION IN THE COUNTRY. THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST SKI EDUCATION FOUNDATION SUPPORTS THE DIVISION AND THE DIVISION'S ALPINE AND NORDIC ATHLETES, COACHES, OFFICIALS AND CLUBS ACROSS OREGON, WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN IDAHO BY:
- Offsetting exorbitant travel costs for athletes at Regional and National events.
- Advancing coaches’ education, certifications and officials' training.
- Supporting the purchase and maintenance of safety equipment for race venues.
- Offsetting the cost of Alpine and Nordic camps for athletes.
- Providing scholarships for athletes
